Universal Studios photoshoot
Just came back from UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE!!!!
Aaaand i got in for
free! LOL.
Cuz it's for a photoshoot. We have to take the rides liddat den ppl take photo of us... but got free time for u to ownself walk around.
Went with Kaili, Hector, Stefen and Hengyi. And also my DDM friends also there (they're the ones who intro me this lobang haha)
Had to bring like 3 sets of bright-coloured clothes. Like omg. Hahaha brightttt-coloured. Don't have alot of presentable bright-coloured clothes lehhhh.
And have to reach at 7am LOL.
Although tiring, i still found it exciting HAHA.
Then it rained in the morning so i think the morning shoot got cancelled. Then we just wait in the waiting area until around 10am bah.
And the very first ride for the photoshoot was.
THE WATER RIDE. JURASSIC PARK.
BEST.
Wet right from the start -.- But lucky i was wearing their top cuz my blouse is sort of white in front den if wet den... very transparent. So they changed for me. (I wish they changed my bottom too haha)
Then in the middle of the little water journey we're supposed to "react" to this dinosaur statue which i think wasn't even moving and the water flow also quite slow lol. Then must show a very =OOOOOO!!!! face. Haha. And then omg man. At first the ride was ending ler den i thought quite ok cuz i wasn't that wet. THEN OMG. SUDDENLY GOT GO UP AND THEN SUPER SLIDE DOWN. THEN MY SIDE TIO THE IMPACT THE MOST OMG. Tried to cover my jeans but like omg la. Water come from the sides. Water come from the top. Water come from behind. Water come from everywhere.
AND KNOW WHAT?!?!?!?!?!
THE BEST THING IS THAT
I HAD TO TAKE THAT WATER RIDE FOR 4 TIMES!!! (the highest record i think)
Other people take like 1-2 times den the staff say they look wet den ask them go out liao. Mine after 4 times den already totally soaked then they say i still look dry -_- lol. Black jeans maybe abit hard to tell. Then the top i think is totally soak until cannot tell its wet lol. Siannnnn.
Then they lend me a pair of pants cuz my jeans was really very wet. But -.- they gave me a pink one. Purple blouse + pink pants. -.- Omg super not nice can. But bo bian. Just wear lor. And it left about 10cm of my leg exposed. Then can see my leg rash. Xia si ren.
After that got 1hr free time. Went to try some of the rides. First is the MUMMY! Indoor roller coaster. Uwaaaa must walk a maze to get to the ride lol. And its so dark inside! And got mist also. Then everyone is like still wet. Sooo colddddd. Lucky i changed my bottoms even though its.... ah well lol.
And omggg the ride! So HORRIBLE!! (in a good way though, but still horrible! T_T) Its like got go reverse unexpectedly de. Then uwaaa its so so so fast! Got some part can feel the wind sort of pushing the head down. Uwaaa the pressure omg. And as usual i sit until cannot talk/scream during the ride lol. And Hengyi is beside me "holy-shitting" LOL.
Boohoo. Indoor roller coasters are so scary. But i'll survive.
Then after that got some 3D (or 4D?) Shrek simulation. Sit on some bench and watch a video of u flying/riding horses and the chair will move accordingly. BUT THIS ONE HAS SOMETHING VERY SPECIAL! Like when Shrek sneeze den omg really got water spray out one =o Alot dropsssss leh. But still ok la lol. Then when the ghost appear will have this mist spray out from right behind ur head! =o And uwaaa got this part where there's alot of spiders den the donkey blow them all away. Then got a mist/air spray below our chair so its like the spiders run through our legs. Uwaaa. Other than these is just the normal chair shaking/trembling ler lor. But still quite an experience to really feel the sneeze haha.
After that had to go back ler. Then eat the lunch provided.
And after that is free time for the youngsters again.
Hmmmm i think like no special rides leh. I think the most exciting ride was down for maintenance or not even ready yet. Not sure. And uwaaaa dun have pirate ship or even the traditional ferris wheel de! Uwaaa how cannnnn. My pirate shippppppp T_T
Most of the rides were quite short too. And not alot of rides also. I think the ticket price of $60+ like kinda too ex leh. Maybe will just go one time only. Anyway other than the rides theres quite alot of food, expensive food haha. And the street is kinda styled like New York City i think.
Oh also got this but is not ride. Is just look at some... err i forgot what they called it lol. Like some effects and stunts used in films? So anyway we stand on this platform. Then we see a grade 5 storm i think. (Omg theres this window den "outside the window" got a very realistic looking New York City. I don't even know if its just a screen or really got a large space behind that window de.) Then uwaaaa theres fire burning on the sea. Omg the fire super hot. Can feel the heat very strong. Then very chaotic lol. Ships dropping down, ships piercing into windows, doors banging, fire everywhere, and at the end got a cruise come our direction like going to bang us. Then stop liao lol.
Anyway before the break time end we went to take Mummy again haha. Abit hesitating to take again but i still went haha. I'll survive!
Then go back for the photoshoot. This time wear my own top. And lucky my shoes and jeans also dry liao.
This time no more rides. We just get paired (or 3 ppl) with someone whos top is about the same colour as you (or complimentary colours). Then I'm with one of the DDM guy.
HAHAHAHA then they gave us these "goodie bags" and "drink cups". Then the bag inside is all newspaper de! And the cups are of cuz empty haha. Just hold it jia jia you shop finish already.
Then waaaa. Its like you and your partner(s) stand at one spot first den Action already den walk abit forward while pretending to like talk to each other. Like take 4 steps den cut already haha. Then go back to original place and keep walk for a few takes lol. Then change position abit. Then eventually me and that guy just sit on the bench haha. Omg so fun to be calefare HAHA.
And so cool. The whole street got road block hahaha. Then so many ppl watching and we're kinda grouped according to colours. Feel so cool sia lol.
Oh and did i mention. They got put blusher and lip colour on me. So red siaaaaaaaaaaaa LOL. Cheeks like pink buttock HAHA. Sad they never put eyeshadow for me. Theirs purple and glittery de lol.
Then hmm ok after that walking around, went back to the waiting area for dinner.
Eat finish den we went to this pizza place cuz they wanna try. Forgot is which country de pizza ler haha. But seems that only Universal Studio den got sell de.
Then after that go home riao.
