Teachers' Day Celebrations 2006
Today was Teachers' Day celebration. There was also a lucky draw where the chairman of each class goes to the stage and pick a paper (or whatever it is) with the teachers name on it. Alot of the new teachers won. And then Mrs Chin gave the first prize - to Ms Prema! xD
After the celebration was the teacher-student Captain's Ball match, followed by interhouse floorball match for upper sec girls. Due to the heavy rain, the basketball match was postponed.
When I went to the hall, the match for the Captain's Ball had already started for quite some time. And WOW the hall is really crowded! A big group of students below the gallery, a large group of students sitting on the stage steps and a humongous group of students at the gallery. o.0 And we thought that our school population was very small!
Soon came 11.30, our dismissal time (except for the flooball people who have to play until 12.30) At 11, people are already leaving ler.. Anyways, went out of the school at around 11.50 liddat since some of my pri sch friends are already at Stamford. WHEE the bus came quickly! Almost immediately! =D
OMG. The 5 Sec 1s who also took the same 197 as me are also from Stamford! o.0 Guess there's 6 of them for this year's sec 1 batch.
Went to the canteen. Chiau Lee, Lai Qiang, Kian Hong, Wei Sheng and Yan Ting was there. Omg i dun recognise Yanting ler! He used to be such a little bubbly boy (=x) 4 years ago! Now he's tall and the voice kinda deep.. (although the behaviour about the same =p)
After awhile, Fabian, Wai Leong and Ziwei came. Actually we didn't really do much there. We just kept on staying there, waiting for people from 12.30 all the way to 2pm =.= Priscilla joined us while we waited for Gwendolyn...
Met our P6 form teacher, Ms Lee. She said that she couldn't really recognise me cuz my looks have changed alot. o.0
2pm. It was raining heavily and most of them didn't have umbrella. So we waited again for i-wonder-how-long before the rain finally gets smaller. Walked to Bugis under that small rain. Fabian and LaiQiang walked under the rain! =O Fabian was walking in front of me and then suddenly a bus drove pass, over a puddle of water x) And that puddle of water went like.. WOAH! water fountain sia. Luckily Fabian siam-ed quick enough.
Went to have our lunch at the outdoor food court beside Bras Brasah. Chiau Lee and Wei Sheng left first. The rest of us remained for lunch. I felt full after eating Takopachi, so I only bought Pepsi to drink (and i almost couldn't finish it -.-)
And so blahblahblah. After our lunch, Wai Leong went home while we went back to Bugis again. We just walk around there. Some of them wanted to watch movie so me, Priscilla and Fabian made a move first. I was kinda tired by then. ^-^;
