Sentosa + Concert
TRC Chapitre 125 was out early this week! Sad there's no TRC next week. Gotta wait till 23 Aug! D=
Gonna write about everything that happened recently.
Start with Wednesday bah: Went to celebrate Natasha's birthday at Sentosa. The people who went are: Me, Yuting, Leanna, Natasha, Grace, Kaihong, Huixin, Hengyi, Huichen, Nicholas, Jackson and Jeekiat. Was taking photos of them playing volleyball. Then Huichen hit the ball so hard and it got stuck onto a palm tree which is around 3 to 4m tall! The group of people playing volleyball beside us offered to help by hitting our ball with their ball but it failed. Then, another group of people offered to help using their soccer ball. But it ended up getting stuck too! =O Then, we tried using broomstick to hit it down but it still does not work. Finally, those soccer peepz carried Jackson up xD. Then he used the broomstick and hit the ball down. Lols. Was laughing until I cried lor. xD So funny lars!
Then we moved our belongings further down the Palawan Beach. It was covered with sand there! =O They continued playing volleyball while Nicholas and Grace went to build sandcastles.
Then had some group photo taking. Hehe. Then this guy who was Yuting's church friend came and invited us to play with the others.
First we played this.. dunno wad game. Everyone started as an egg, den u can only play scissors-paper-stone with another egg. If u win, u 'evolve' into a chick, followed by a chicken, den.. erms I forgot ler. L0ls. But if u lose, u'll devolve. Then Hengyi, Natasha and a girl won. Being the winners, they had to do... forfeit! LOL! They have to put their hands on the waist and go BUAHAHAHAHA! LOL. So funny! Hahas.
Then finally at around 6pm we decided to go back to Harbourfront to meet Xueting and have our dinner. The queue for the bus terminal back to Harbourfront was DAMN LONG LAR! By the time we reach there, it's already 7.10pm like that..
So, we chiong-ed to the Pastamania where Xueting is waiting, with 3 seniors (sec 5s in the year 2003). Ordered Spicy Chicken spaghetti. REGRETTED. It's SO SPICY LAR!!!! A lot of people also regretted. Not gonna eat there anymore!
Then came Friday. It started off as a bad day, seeing that i failed my Chemistry practical again and then being told that our O level chinese results are gonna be released at 10am (our recess got shifted to 10.30am). And so between 9am to 10am was our AMaths period and there's sort of a tense atmosphere in the air. And then came another thing which made my day bad. I FAILED MY AMATHS TEST.... BY 1 MARK!!! becuz of that 1 mark, i have to do another additional paper as correction D=.
Finally came the dreaded 10am. Shan't say about the others but.. for me, i think i have reached my target. So well, I guess i'm not retaking Chinese ler..
That's all for Friday.
SATURDAY (TODAY!) Went for a haircut in the morning lol. Alamak seh. Ask the lady cut 1 inch she go cut 2 inch liddat. (Next time must tell her to cut half inch ler D=) Then she cut my fringe.. is like so OMG! SHE CUT STRAIGHT!!! So sua-gu lar. Then I just told her to cut more slanted lor. Now it still looks a little weird... T-T
Then in the evening, I went to meet Florence at Tiong. Pearlyn came later. Then we took MRT to Buono Vista MRT to meet Shumei. Walked a long long way while attempting to find the Macdonald at Holland Village. Our mission failed. So we went to Burger King instead. Kaihong came awhile later. Then, with a full stomach, we chiong-ed to the community centre and barely made it in time for the concert. Phew~
The concert was nice! They played songs from Kingdom Hearts, Spirited Away, Final Fantasy and Princess Mononoke! There are other songs but I dun really care about those lol =x.
While the band was playing some song, some of them had video clips on the screen! Err, what I mean is that, for example they are playing the Kingdom Hearts theme, then there'll be video clips taken from Kingdom Hearts showing on the screen behind the band.
[The Best of Final Fantasy VII] was soooo nice!! And then, there's a song where there's a lady singing Eyes on Me (from Final Fantasy VIII) and Suteki Da Ne [Isn't it beautiful] from Final Fantasy X! Then another song is a remix of songs from FFX. Got people sing at the Hymn of the Fayth part!
Left the place at around 9.50. Took Pearlyn's Dad's car along with Florence. Florence alighted at Queenstown MRT while I was taking to Pearlyn's house there to take 63. Upon reaching, we saw 63 leaving! So Pearlyn's Dad drove a few bus stops down to catch the bus. Yeps i did catch the bus but... that slow bus took 1 hour to bring me to my bus stop (when it usually takes 30 mins)! D= There was traffic jam from Chinatown all the way to Bugis!!! Alamak ler.
